A family owned business, Full of Beans was one of the first Health Food Shops in Ireland. Frances Coffey saw the demand in the market for good quality health food shops in the Waterford area and opened the Ardkeen shop 10 years ago. Under her guidance and passion for holistic living, the shop has grown and flourished to provide a service that empowers people to improve their health.
Since Frances and Barry’s son, Robert, has joined Full of Beans he has brought his own knowledge and experience to the business. Robert comes from a sporting background. He was on the Irish Development Squad for cycling so has first-hand knowledge of sports nutrition. After finishing Sports Management in college he went on to U.C.D. to study Sports Injuries and then furthered his education by doing Sports Massage.
