Tinned seafood has moved beyond simple salmon and can make the basis for a delicious meal [try tinned mackerel with lemon, chili & pasta] or an ingredient that can really pump up the flavour of dishes - anchovies are an amazing seasoning for roast leg of lamb!

They’re  also perfect to pack for a picnic, or just to eat right out of the tin as a healthful snack, and great for entertaining - think of them as aquatic charcuterie!
