This 'Viking' freshground coffee originates in Brazil & Colombia & has notes of citrus, chocolate & sugarcane. Use one generous dessert Spoon of coffee per cup that you plan to make in a cafetiere, home percolator or Aeropress. Hand roasted in Waterford. 

A little smoke on the nose with a melon skin fruitiness, a sharpness and gentle nut characteristics on the palate.

Store in a cool dry place, do not refrigerate. Ground coffee must be filtered.

Coffee House Lane of Waterford

Ponticelli® Espresso was created in 2009 in Waterford by Father and Son team, Mark and Stephen Bergin. The pair who have been in the coffee industry for several years as agents for imported coffee brands had grown tired of the lack of a quality local offering in the south east of Ireland, so they set about researching roasting equipment, and coffee recipes. And so, the Ponticelli® range was born, quickly growing a reputation for quality coffee, produced locally. It’s a unique blend of 100% Arabica coffee beans roasted and blended in Waterford in small batches of 15kg to maintain a high level of quality control.
