Ingredients

250g organic brussel sprouts, topped and tailed

¼ head of organic cabbage, sliced

150g Abernethy Dulse & Seasalt butter

A squeeze of lemon
Method
1. Steam the cabbage and sprouts together until tender.
2. Serve immediately with a squeeze of lemon and some salt and pepper, and let the slices of butter melt over the hot vegetables.
