Steamed Thorpes Organic Greens with Abernethy Dulse & Seasalt Butter by Trish Deseine

"Really more of a reminder than a recipe ! When the produce is this good, you need do very little to it."

Serves 4 | 25 mins prep 

Ingredients

  • 250g organic brussel sprouts, topped and tailed

  • ¼ head of organic cabbage, sliced

  • 150g Abernethy Dulse & Seasalt butter

  • A squeeze of lemon


Method

1. Steam the cabbage and sprouts together until tender.

2. Serve immediately with a squeeze of lemon and some salt and pepper, and let the slices of butter melt over the hot vegetables.
