Made in Seville, Ines Rosales used her traditional age-old recipe that has been passed down generation to generation. In 1910 in a town outside of Aljarafe a few kms outside of Seville called Castilleja de la Cuesta, Ines Rosales began making traditional cakes called olive tortas, using this special recipe and demand soon grew for her creations. People travelled to the town to bring back the tortas to their home towns and eventually throughout all of Spain. Ines Rosales Genuine and Renowned Olive Oil Tortascame to be a national favourite.
From Sligo, award winning Clo Handmade milk chocolate bar sprinkled with hazelnut and almond praline, a hint of Irish sea salt and locally sourced honey. The name comes from the French name Clotilde the person behind the Chocolate Creations Clotilde Rambaud. She learned the art of Patisserie and Chocolate making at Les Sorbets, Noirmoutier, France. After mastering her craft in Paris, she arrived in Ireland and fell in love with the country and in particular Sligo. She met her partner Tomasz in Sligo and after some more travel Sligo was calling and they returned and bought a small bakery in the heart of the town at Tobergal Lane, Le Fournil Bakery. Shortly after this Clo Chocolates, her long dreamed of chocolate business was established.

An innovative new product from Kerry, Blasta Delights Ginger Syrup, which is poured over warm pancakes, porridge, ice cream or even stirred into yoghurt. In 2016 Aine Ni Bhraoin developed her own exceptional crystallised ginger in Canada. Returning to Ireland in 2016, she explored with organic Peruvian ginger for its superior flavour. With a focus on sustainability, Aine aims to grow her own ginger and sources local organic ingredients for her year-round ginger syrup and seasonal flavoured syrups.
