TOO SAVAGE [Dublin]
Conor Bacon is the founder of Too Savage, producers of bold and flavourful plant based condiments. Too Savage is a company that was founded in North Dublin with humble beginnings and a mission to change the way the world thinks about plant-based products. They believe that nature has the power to nourish and heal.
Producing Ireland’s only plant-based range of mayonnaises, they have added a hot new first of its kind condiment to their line-up – a premium 100% natural Wasabi Mayo which is handmade using quality sustainably grown Irish wasabi from Co. Kilkenny, is vegan friendly, gluten-free, low in sugar, and completely free from artificial colours, flavours, and preservatives.

HOMESPUN [Dublin]
Homespun started out in the Dublin kitchen of its founder, Erica Sheehan, initially supplying farmer markets with quinoa-based granolas. Made in Cork and gluten free, Quinoa Crunch granolas have won three Great Taste Awards. Homespun’s Chicory Root Syrup is a low sugar and plant-based alternative to honey and their new range of Oat Bars are a delicious twist on the classic flapjack which are lower in sugar, vegan friendly and wrapped in compostable packaging.

THE STUDIO COFFEE ROASTERS [Sligo]
Alan Phillips, crafts specialty coffee by the sea in County Meath. Roasting exclusively in small batches, using ethically sourced, highly-rated green beans from Africa, Central America, and South America. Committed to sustainability, their roastery relies on renewable energy. The roastery has been awarded UK Great Taste honors in 2018, 2019, and 2020, and recognized at the Irish Food Awards. Their acclaimed cold brew coffee concentrate is ideal for Espresso martinis or effortlessly crafting delicious coffee beverages in seconds or elevate desserts by adding the concentrate to vanilla ice cream.

WILD ABOUT [Wexford]
Fiona and Malcolm Falconer source most of their ingredients locally - on their own doorstep, in fact. What isn't foraged from their hedgerow is grown in their garden on their smallholding in Monamolin, Wexford. Wild About was born out of a love of wild, seasonal foods. Make sure you pop in to sample. Fiona will, as always, have some wonderful ideas on how to add something extra special tasting to your festive gatherings, including cocktail and mocktail options!

SPOON’D [Dublin]
Spoond was founded in 2021 by Dubliner Emi Takakura. Heavily influenced and inspired by her time spent in Tokyo as a child, the hot chocolate is creamy, chocolatey with a thick consistency and a hint of salt. Based on the European style, it's thicker than the more commonly found American style. When mixed with hot milk it creates a gorgeous, decadent hot chocolate.
