With skilled farmers raising great-quality animals in Ireland’s unique lush green pastures, there is no reason to go further afield to source our lamb, beef, pork and poultry.
However some produce is extra special, like Comeragh Mountain Lamb from Waterford, where the mountain grazing produces a deliciously sweet-flavoured meat.
We only stock Irish hereford Prime Beef, grass-fed and dry-aged for 21 days, making for a wonderful deep flavour.
We are supplied by Crowes Farm with outdoor-bred pork, Sean Rings and Bertram Salter raise our organic and free range chicken and our duck comes from Skeaghanore. We also make our own meatballs and a BBQ range which includes spicy koftas and marinated chicken skewers.
