You either love them or hate them, but this is a way I think most people will grow to love the humble Brussels sprout.
Ingredients
- 450g of Brussels sprouts finely sliced
- 60g butter
- 2 tblsp of toasted flaked almonds
- Salt and pepper
Method
Slice the sprouts very thinly and cook them in boiling water with butter for a few seconds.
Strain and top with the roasted almond flakes.
