Janet Drew provides a range of traditional and contemporary chutneys, relishes, sauces, pestos, salsas and dressings, made by hand. Everything is really good but do try her Sweet Red Pepper Relish which according to John McKenna, is probably the most copied artisan food in Ireland. Copied perhaps, but never equalled. With taste, quality and goodness being at the heart of Janet’s Country Fayre, only the very best ingredients are used in every jar and Irish ingredients are sourced, wherever possible.
