Delicious Smoked Rainbow Trout farmed at Goatsbridge Trout Farm, then gently smoked using the finest wood chippings. 

At Goats Bridge Rainbow Trout farm, trout is our passion. Our knowledge and experience in of farming trout has been passed down through three generations. Each catch comes daily from the crystal clearwaters of the Little Arrigle River, giving our trout a unique taste and texture. We love trout and we know if you give it a try you will too!

Smoked Trout Quiche

Smoked trout is a simple and fresh protein centrepiece for any meal and works well as an alternative to ham in many egg dishes. How about trying smoked trout in a quiche wiht some spinach and chives!

The Kirwan’s farm Rainbow Trout work with a single hatchery and through the fifteen to twenty four month cycle with harvesting, filleting and pin boning onsite. Mag & Ger are a dynamic team who are extremely innovative, the result is not only fresh and smoked trout fillets but also a wonderful pâté and more unusually little jars of Goatsbridge Irish Trout Caviar! They definitely pass our taste test.
