The brain child of Clodagh Davis in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford, Naturally Cordial is made from organic citrus fruits and Wexford soft fruit giving it a fantastic taste. Clodagh keeps it simple, only using four ingredients: water, fruit, sugar and a small quantity of citric acid. The cordials are pasteurised to ensure a long shelf life. This is a little bit more special than your run of the mill squash, try mixing with still or sparkling water or try it hot with spices such as cloves, star anise and ginger.

Le Skinny Chef was founded by award-winning French Chef, Aymar Gourdet, who specialises in French-Irish Fusion Cuisine.
Aymar has been based in Ireland for over 20 years, opening his first restaurant here at the age of 25. However, it was his childhood in France helping his mother create unique dishes using produce from their garden which inspired this range of delicious food products using locally sourced organic ingredients including dips, spreadable pestos, concentrated soup and oils.

Rívesci (ree-vess-ee) launched in September 2019 at Clonmel Applefest offering cooked from scratch dishes from their 1976 vintage caravan.
Co-Founders Shannon Forrest and Michelin Star trained Chef, Declan Malone felt that opening a food truck in the off-peak season might be a little mad but it didn’t stop them. After spending many months researching and working on their menu offering they found there was a huge appetite for what they wanted to do.
