Willemiena Rust makes the most delicious, soft consistency, honey nougat in small batches with locally sourced fresh ingredients.  Based in the picturesque Glen of Imaal, Miena creates a balance of ingredients which enhances undulating flavours of, almonds, hazelnuts, chocolate and pistachio. She is has an uncompromising, passionate attention to quality and detail which is reflected in the presentation of these individually wrapped cubes of pure loveliness!
