Wild About So Sloe Jelly has a delicate plummy taste, where the gentle sweetness of the jelly and the warmth of star anise spicing is balanced with the natural tartness of the wild sloe. Great as a jam, or try pairing with duck or pate. This versatile jelly can also be warmed and drizzled over desserts and ice cream.

Wild About

A few years ago, in their house in South London, Malcolm and Fiona Falconer stuck a pin in a map of Ireland and decided to jump ship, buying a smallholding in the outskirts of Monamolin, Co Wexford. After “going wild” with the planting, they soon had so much to harvest they started producing  jams, chutneys, relishes, syrups, pesto’s and much more! Before long, demand from family and friends snowballed and so... Wild About was born! Fiona and Malcolm source most of their ingredients locally - on their own doorstep in fact. What isn't foraged from their hedgerow is grown in their garden on their smallholding in Monamolin. Wild About was born out of a love of wild, seasonal foods... They even supply us with Nettle Pesto!
