In 2005, Irish couple June & Ray Murphy from Co. Meath began the renovation of their olive grove and farmhouse which had lain in ruin on the slopes of the Castril Valley, Southern Spain. As a result of years of care and attention, the trees are once again producing olives which are handpicked, pressed and bottled at the local co-op to bring you this organic extra virgin olive oil.
