“Since our great-grandfather started making sausages in Cork we’ve been improving and building on old family recipes; always using the best locally sourced ingredients from the Munster region.” Our friends at O ‘Flynn’s love artisan gourmet sausages and have spent years handcrafting the perfect one or ten! All sausages have a minimum of 75% meat content and all of that meat is sourced from butchers in Cork and Waterford. We sell their Irish Traditional Breakfast, Cumberland, Pork & Leek, Sweet Italian and Garlic & Herb sausages as well as their Gourmet Selection.
