The Shines family have been living and working in Killybegs, Donegal, Ireland’s premier fishing port for over 40 years. This multi award-winning family business are experts in premium seafood and Irish fish. 
Shines years of love and experience for the offerings of the Irish coast has 

driven them to source and bring Irish Albacore tuna to the market. Shines use traditional catching methods, alongside classic preparation & preservation in glass jars and tins, to ensures maximum freshness, flavour and taste.

However their expertise do not stop here. Shines offer their products based in a variety of flavours from olive oil and tomato, to chilli oil and brine. Other products include makerel and sardines. 

Shines hold several awards including Irish food Writers Awards, Great Taste Awards, and were winners of the McKennas Guide 'best in Ireland' 2016.
