Fiona Uyema is the owner and founder of Fused. After living in rural Japan for 3 years she was completely immersed into the Japanese way of cooking and fell in love with the Japanese diet.

Since returning to Kildare, Ireland she loves to introduce people to the benefits of the Japanese diet and way of eating through cooking demonstrations on TV3’s Saturday and Sunday AM show, classes and talks.
