Winner - All Ireland Blas na hÉireann Supreme Champion 2021

So Sloe Jelly. Wild Irish Sloes with a hint of start anise won the accolade of the Best Product in Ireland in 2021. Sublime with Pate or Duck. Ideal with cheese or charcuterie. Delicious drizzled on desserts.

Winner - Great Taste 2020 - Finalist Blas na hÉireann 2020 - Most Innovative Artisan Product 2019

Gooseberry Marmalade. Their delicious take on a traditional marmalade using local seasonal Irish gooseberries as the main ingredient. Great on toast or fresh baked bread for breakfast.

Raspberry & Vanilla Jam. Fresh tingling Wexford raspberries mingle with pure Madagascan bourbon vanilla pods to make this a truly spectacular jam. Perfect on toast, on scones, in yoghurt or desserts.

Wexford Strawberry Jam. Succulent Strawberries from Irelands Sunny South East make this a deliciously moorish preserve, ideal with scones or cakes. Try a dollup, in a smoothie or just perfect on warm buttered toast.

Storage

Store in a cool dry place, refrigerate after opening.

Wild About

A few years ago, in their house in South London, Malcolm and Fiona Falconer stuck a pin in a map of Ireland and decided to jump ship, buying a smallholding in the outskirts of Monamolin, Co Wexford. After “going wild” with the planting, they soon had so much to harvest they started producing  jams, chutneys, relishes, syrups, pesto’s and much more! Before long, demand from family and friends snowballed and so... Wild About was born! Fiona and Malcolm source most of their ingredients locally - on their own doorstep in fact. What isn't foraged from their hedgerow is grown in their garden on their smallholding in Monamolin. Wild About was born out of a love of wild, seasonal foods... They even supply us with Nettle Pesto!
