What began with a kitchen experiment in 2013 has grown into a thriving business producing award-winning sea salt from the pure waters of the Atlantic. Founders, Kieran and Marjorie O’Malley with son Colm use traditional methods and slow evaporation, the result is a natural, mineral-rich salt with a clean, intense flavour and delicate flake – loved by chefs across Ireland. Unrefined, additive-free, and rich in minerals, it also has PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) status!
