Celebrated as one of the finest green teas in China, this Organic Chun Mee Green Tea has a soft, almost fruity aroma, with a sweet aftertone. Solaris only use First Flush, Spring Flush Tea Leaves to guarantee the best quality and flavour. The perfect cup of tea to kick start your metabolism and keep you feeling refreshed throughout the day. In Chinese, Chun Mee means ‘eyebrow’, which is indicative of the leaves oval shape.

Now you can enjoy the benefits of whole leaf infusions in the convenience of a 100% biodegradable, silken tea bag. All our stitched and pyramid teabags are made from biodegradable PLA derived from Corn Starch and are certified non-GMO.

Directions for use

•    Use 1 teabag per cup (250ml) of 80°C hot water (best filtered)
•    Infuse for 2-3 minutes or according to taste
•    Re-infuse up to 3 times
•    Makes 15-45 cups (when re-infused)

Solaris Botanicals

A family-run business in the West of Ireland, specialising in the blending and preparation of Internationally Award winning Whole-Leaf Organic Teas. Run by two qualified Medical Herbalists, Jörg & Karin Müller, their organic Green Teas, White Tea's, Oolong (Wu-Long), and Herbal Teas are prepared using traditional processing methods in line with hundreds of years of experience and expertise. Solaris Botanicals is also the only company in Ireland hand blending organic first flush tea and herbal tea. Both Karin and Jörg have a strong family histories in herbal applications, Jörg’s mother was a traditional herbalist and Karin is daughter of Hans and Gaby Wieland who have been instrumental in the Organic movement in Ireland, and now manage the Organic Centre in Rossinver, Co. Leitrim where they both give courses on using herbs for medicinal and culinary use, baking sourdough bread, making your own cheese and more recently home fermentation.
