Killahora Fine Perry is lightly sparkling and made from Oldfield, Blakeney Red, Huffcap and other varieties of perry pear, specifically bred since the 17^th century. Our south-facing orchards on the Atlantic coast of Ireland’s Cork have proven ideal for growing the renowned pear varieties in this bottle.

They use wild fermentation, on nothing but juice, completed in bottle in a pet-nat style to allow you to taste the pears in their purest form. This gives a delightful, dry, natural sparkle.

Tasting notes:
A soft, moussey bubble mouthfeel brings out the notes of lemon peel, gooseberry and floral meadows.
