Aileen & Michael O'Neill bring us the first and only Irish Gourmet Sea Salt from The Beara Peninsula in West Cork. Large hard crystals make it a good alternative to the traditional chef's choice of Maldon. It's characterised with its own unique sea salty flavour and wonderful texture which melts on the tongue. Having recognised a gap in the market for high quality flavoured Irish sea salt, the O’Neill’s have now launched a new range of flavour infused Irish sea salt flakes. This new artisan range includes: Oak Smoked, Chilli & Paprika, Lemon & Pepper, Aromatic Garlic and Aran Dillisk (seaweed from the Aran Islands).
