In October 2015, The Lismore Food Company’s range of sweet biscuits hit the shelves for the first time. With a family history of 200 years of baking, its founders Beth-Ann Smith and brothers Owen and Ken Madden continue the tradition of blending the finest ingredients with pure Irish butter. The sweet-toothed brothers take great joy in the original range, while Beth-Ann’s taste buds have been tickled with these fabulous new savoury flavours. We really hope you enjoy them!

The Lismore Food Company is the brainchild of Beth-Ann Smith and brothers Owen and Ken Madden, all three of whom share a love of fine ingredients and a lifetime of experience in food.
Beth-Ann is Ballymaloe Cookery School trained and head chef at Lismore Castle. The Madden brother's family opened a bakery and public house on Lismore’s Main Street in the early 1800’s which is now home to The Lismore Food Company.
Generations later, they continue this rich tradition of baking in the same historic location.
