Direction for use:
Our organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar contains the “the mother”, strands of proteins, enzymes and friendly bacteria which give it a murky cobweb-like appearance.
Richard and Sheila have been growing apples for nearly 20 years in their Organic Orchard near Portlaw Co. Waterford. The orchard is stated on the sunny, fertile banks of the river Suir. The apples grow organically and so are free of chemicals and pesticides.
The goodness of their Organic Apples goes into their Organic Apple Cider Vinegar.

Richard and Sheila Galvin provide us not only with organic apples but also juice and apple cider vinegar.
Richard Galvin took over the family farm in 1996, making the decision to make the change from sugar beet and suckler herd to organic tillage faming and apple orchards. They supply Organic Oats for Flahavans and Organic Rape Seed for Second Nature Oils in Kilkenny.
The first apple trees were set in Clashganny in 2001, now with over 20 acres and some 20,000 trees. Never ones to sit on their laurels, in 2018 Sheila and Richard Galvin, spotted a gap in the market. They discovered they could use the discarded apples to produce their own organic apple cider vinegar which is gaining in popularity as a health and nutritional supplement. We are delighted to see both their enterprise and orchards growing.
