Nicola & Dvir love Middle Eastern food; Dvir grew up with it and Nicola has adopted it as her own - the vibrant salads, yummy dips and tasty flatbreads!
Mezze began from their love of quality ingredients and the joy of making food for friends & family.
On moving to Ireland in 2015, the pair had frequent requests from friends and family to make the dips and salads that they knew from the Middle East, incredibly healthy food which is full of flavour – and so Mezze was born. Their aim is introduce the colours & flavours of the Middle East to Irish tables through their ‘mezze’.
