A mild creamy Thai curry, exotic & tangy. Just add meat or vegetables.

What you’ll need

  • 600g diced beef
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 can (400ml) coconut milk
  • 2 cups of steamed jasmine rice

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a medium saucepan. Add diced meat and cook on high until seared, then add diced potatoes.
  2. Add simmer sauce and mix well
  3. Cover and simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes or until meat and potatoes are tender.
  4. Stir in coconut milk and bring back to a simmer.
  5. Remove from heat and serve hot with steamed jasmine rice.
