A salty & sweet Chinese favourite. Just add meat & vegetables.

Sticky, Sweet & Savoury Honey Soy & Garlic

What you’ll need

  • 600g Chicken, Beef, Pork or your choice of Seafood
  • 1 bunch Chinese Green Vegetables – Chinese Broccoli, Bok Choy
  • 1 cup Vegetables – Snow Peas, Sliced Carrots
  • 2 cups Jasmine rice or Egg Noodles

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat one tablespoon of oil in a wok.
  2. Add your choice of sliced meat or seafood and cook on high until sealed, then add vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour stir-fry sauce into wok and toss through.
  4. Reduce heat to low and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes or until meat is fully cooked.
  5. Serve with steamed jasmine rice or egg noodles.
