Award Winning Chutneys

Winner - Great Taste 2018

Celtic Roots. Guinness, spices and onions combine with the natural sweetness of Irish seasonal root vegetables to form a robust pub style chutney. Delicious with a strong Cheddar, cold meats and a pint!

Winner - Great Taste 2016

Ginger Beets. Rich seasonal beetroot blended with fresh root ginger for a spectacularly fresh relish, try on a burger, with turkey, ham, lamb, try with goats cheese, smoked salmon, in a sandwich or salad.

Winner - Gold - Bla na hÉireann 2016 / Great Taste 2016

Raspberry Chilli Chutney. Raspberries, sweet peppers and chilli combine in a taste sensation. Sublime with crispy duck, pate or soft cheeses, baked brie or camembert, also great with a fresh baked ham, turkey or lamb.

the story of the producer

Wild About

A few years ago, in their house in South London, Malcolm and Fiona Falconer stuck a pin in a map of Ireland and decided to jump ship, buying a smallholding in the outskirts of Monamolin, Co Wexford. After “going wild” with the planting, they soon had so much to harvest they started producing  jams, chutneys, relishes, syrups, pesto’s and much more! Before long, demand from family and friends snowballed and so... Wild About was born! Fiona and Malcolm source most of their ingredients locally - on their own doorstep in fact. What isn't foraged from their hedgerow is grown in their garden on their smallholding in Monamolin. Wild About was born out of a love of wild, seasonal foods... They even supply us with Nettle Pesto!
