the story of the producer

Seymours Fine Foods

Our ingredients come from local suppliers like creamery butter from the nearby co-op and we hand cut our dough because we know that's what makes a better biscuit'. Seymour's Fine Foods is a small bakery based in Bandon, West Cork which produces a super range of handmade biscuits that melt in the mouth. Philip and John O’Connor source local ingredients for their delectable creations; butter from Bandon Co-Op, oat flakes from Flahavan’s, superb quality free range eggs and buttermilk from Clonakilty. Top of their range is the buttery and crumbly Seymour’s Original Shortbread, but you’ll be just as tempted with the Cranberry and Almond, and Hazelnut and Chocolate flavours.
