It all Starts with Our Milk…
And as you can imagine, this makes our cows very important to us. We treat them kindly, allowing them to roam, keeping them warm in the winter and never, ever over milking them. They in turn supply us with the rich tasty milk that we use to make this yoghurt.
This is superb dairy produce from the family farm of Alan & Valerie Kingston, in Drimoleague, West Cork.
Alan is the farmer and Valerie holds a degree in Food Science and Technology from University College Cork. This coupling has resulted in delicious, light- as-a-feather cheesecakes, wonderful pots of unsweetened natural yoghurt hiding a layer of real fruit compote, rich clotted cream, double cream, fromage frais and real country butter, made in traditional churns.
All made from the milk of their own herd and of neighbouring farms, using absolutely no additives, each product is carefully handmade…. distinctive, pure and delicious!
