Marvellous French cook, Isabelle Sheridan produces a wonderful range of homemade Pâtés and Terrines, made in her ‘On the Pigs Back’ store kitchen at Corks famous English Market. Isabelle uses traditional French recipes handed down through her family. These are velvety smooth Chicken Liver Pâtés and coarse Duck, Pork and Venison loaf terrines. The ingredients are locally sourced and there are no additives, no industrial gelatine, and no added starches. Isabelle’s wonderful creations make delectable canapés or starters or indeed a superb lunch.
